I have been in the construction business for many years, and in that time I have dealt with many builders and superintendents, some good, many not so good. When my wife and I decided to purchase a home from Labb Homes, I went into the process guarded and skeptical because of the aforementioned past experience, but I have to say that I am more than pleasantly surprised with the courteous, thorough, and forthcoming nature of the builder and superintendent that conducted the walkthrough of our future home. They took the time to break down what can seem like a complicated process and at no time did we feel rushed to complete our assessment and get to the signing of the paperwork. They were very accommodating to our requests and quickly handled all punch list items that we had. My wife and I are greatly satisfied with our experience and we intend to send a Thank You note to the two gentlemen that made a potentially stressful process, very easy.
