Little did we know that not only does the finished product “Wow” the prospective buyer, but the building process is just as amazing. The floor plans are a perfect marriage of space, elegance and coziness. The selections for everything from flooring to appliances are top class, and Labb Homes was attentive and treated us like family the entire way.
Best of all, Boris, our superintendent, was a joy. He was knowledgeable about every aspect of the building process and guided us when we needed direction. He remembered every detail we discussed and made the follow up to our inspection and walkthrough a breeze. It was great to know that we had a partner in Boris, someone we could trust and rely on to steer us through the building process.
