During the early part of the summer, my husband and I began our search for a new home for our family. We initially began looking at older homes in the Buford, GA and surrounding areas. My husband has his wish list, and I had mine. As we scheduled and viewed home after home, it became very apparent that we were not going to find the home of our dreams in this area. We slowly began to alter our wish lists in an effort to conform to the houses in the area. We went from searching for our dream house to let’s just find a “nice house.” Just when we were about to give up, our realtor showed us a listing for a new home construction site. On our first visit to the site, the foundation had been poured and the workers had just finished the framing of the house. For my husband, it was love at first sight. I, on the other hand was not so thrilled. All I saw was wood. However, with the help of my husband and the Labb Holdings team, this pile of wood slowly became my pride and joy. From Tim…to Martin…to Boris, the entire team was great! We were able to meet with the team along the way in order to choose our own customized items for the house. We both ended up with everything on our checklists. At no time did we ever feel as though we were in the way. We would drive to the house each week (sometimes more) just to see the progress that was being made. It was like watching a masterpiece in the making. Martin and Boris always welcomed us onto the site. No matter what they were doing when we came up, they would greet us and answer any questions we had. My past experiences with contractors have been horrible, so it was definitely a breath of fresh air to work with Labb Holdings and its team of professionals. We absolutely LOVE our new home!
