Grandma Carol’s Poppy Seed Chicken

The University of Georgia Food Services recognized Grandma Carol as the Winner of its 1990 Tribute to Mother's Day Recipe Contest. Her Recipe for Poppy Seed Chicken was the featured meal on May 10, 1990.
To this day, it is still a favorite at UGA.

1 8 oz Sour Cream
2 TBLS Poppy Seeds
